 In a shocking act of compassion and cruelty,ISIS executioners gave condemned alleged gay men a glimmer of hope before executing them.
The lead executioner could be seen hugging the condemned men before leading them to their deaths..It's reported that , they inject most men sentenced to death with cocktail of medications to reduce their anxiety.
