Twitter user, @Dan-Borno who follows the activities of IDPs in Borno and shared these photos, alleging that the Borno state deputy governor, Usman Mamman Durkwa, caught the cooks at one of the Internally Displaced Persons camp, cooking soup for the IDPs using weed leaves.
