They say the secret to most lasting relationships is when they share something in common.Kylie and Tyga already proved they are a charitable pair after they were pictured feeding the homeless during the Thanksgiving celebrations last month.

And Kylie Jenner was once again happy to take time out with her rumoured boyfriend Tyga and donate presents at a children’s hospital in Los Angeles on Monday.
