Now, see the kind of SMS MTN is sending to its subscribers all in the name of election!


i just received this from an NDBer.....I also confirmed the same text sent to many of their subscribers. The thing is, should we call this fraud or what? Why should a subscriber reply to this kind of SMS when it's not even free.

what do you guys think?
