Please can you tell me why they would concentrate when their teachers would come to class in tight mini skirts?

    Loi please i dont want to laugh,to me it is only those student that came to school for another thing.
    I dont see it as an excuse for a student to fail the exam.
    It is only the corrupted ones that was in school for that,is inexcusable the exam is not in the mini skirt?i see it as noting because mini skirt is every were,even thou they are adult it does'nt matter but there are level's of dress that a public servant must wear an not to wear.
