The Chelsea annual end-of-season Player of the Year awards ceremony was held yesterday in London and Brazilian star, Oscar, picked up the first prize for his glorious outside-of-the-boot effort against QPR back in November. Zouma meanwhile was named Young Player of the Year after a memorable first season in west London. Eden Hazard (centre) was named Chelsea Players' Player of the Year and Player of the Year.
