 She has been labelled too skinny by many,however 40 year old E! Host,Giuliana Rancic proudly showed off her sexy bikini body(from the rear) as she vacations with her family.

Last month,she replied critics of her weight saying she can not do anything about being skinny because of cancer drugs she has been subjected to,makes it impossible for her to gain weight.She had a battle with cancer years back.
