LAGOS !!! Policemen on Uniform Caught Peeing in Public (Photo)

These policemen were spotted in Ketu and a few meters away is a sign post bearing the inscription "DO NOT UNRINATE, ORDER BY POLICE"

    When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now
    each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment.
