Taking a dump can be an expensive luxury if you can afford this toilet encrusted with 72,000 Swarovski crystals - and you will have to splash out an eye-watering £84,000 to get your hands on it.

The bedazzled lavatory bowl was created by Japanese designer Ginza Tanaka and took over one month to complete.

Crowds of people turned up to ogle the sparkling toilet when it went on show at the China International Kitchen & Bathroom Expo 2015 in Shanghai on Wednesday.
