Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been awarded a nice settlement after video footage of their engagement was secretly filmed and shared online back in 2013.
YouTube and MixBit co-founder Chad Hurley has agreed to cough up $440,000 after working his way into San Francisco’s AT&T Park, secretly recording Kim and Kanye’s engagement and posting the video on MixBit despite signing a confidentiality agreement.
According to TMZ, Hurley must cough up the dough in the next few days, and then the lawsuit against him will be dismissed.
Hurley apparently sold YouTube for $1.6 billion, so $440,000 is chicken change.
