Is this real? Ft Banky W & his trainer

Banky W said his trainer was showing him his definition of "getting high" He also wrote #theManIsNotHuman..
Many fans are arguing about the photo,with some saying it's photoshop.

    The person that shopped the photo is a genius
    On the other way round, if this is real, then the trainer is a genius!
