The Nigerian government has said it would send parents from
the Chibok community to Cameroon to verify whether a suspected female suicide
bomber who claimed she is one of the abducted Chibok girls who were whisked
away almost two years ago to verify if she is truly a Chibok girl.
Garba Shehu, spokesperson for President Muhammadu Buhari, also disclosed that the Nigerian High Commissioner in Cameroon, Hadiza Mustapha, has been in contact with Cameroonian authorities who have shown willingness to assist the Nigerian government and the Government is ready to get to the root of the matter.
