Tyler Hoechlin will guest-star in the first two episodes of Supergirl Season 2, which will air this fall on The CW (Mondays at 8/7c, same as its CBS slot).
Superman will for the first time be seen in full visiting his cousin Kara in National City after being spotted just in glimpses throughout season 1
“[Executive producer] Greg [Berlanti] and I have wanted to work with Tyler for ages, so this worked out perfectly because Tyler is Superman,” Supergirl showrunner Andrew Kreisberg said in a statement. “We are so thrilled and humbled to add another amazing actor to the legacy of this iconic character.”
