UNIBEN to resume new academic session without 100L students 'cos JAMB didn't send admission list

Going by this internal memo, University of Benin, for the first time in their history will be resuming the new academic session without first year students because JAMB allegedly did not send any admission list

This is rather strange. Which way Nigeria?
