31-year-old Nigerian international goalkeeper Carl Ikeme was diagnosed with acute leukaemia weeks ago. This was disclosed to the Super Eagles and Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper after he returned abnormal blood tests during pre-season training and a further medical investigation.
