Iggy Azalea was spotted heading to the airport to catch a flight out of Los Angeles with a painful sore on her lips that's got people speculating.

The rapper was dressed to the nines as always and her curves were on display but she looked ill and covered her eyes with dark sunglasses. The cold sore on her lips stood out though and that's what people noticed, with some claiming it's a herpes sore.
