Former military President Ibrahim Babangida on Tuesday inaugurated a multi-million naira underpass bridge in Kano metropolis. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the bridge, named after Gen. Babangida, was constructed by the State Government at the busy Kabuga-Gwarzo Junction to ensure smooth traffic flow.
